TradeMark Nitrogen is teaming up with BRANDT sister company, Precision Build, to install a new 500,000-gallon stainless steel storage tank to expand its bulk storage capacity. Formerly Tampa Tank & Florida Structural Steel, Precision Build has previously supplied TradeMark with smaller stainless steel storage tanks, but this will be the first “field-erected” tank to be installed on site by Precision Build.

TradeMark plans to use this additional storage capacity to maintain inventory levels to meet customer demands and allow for extended outages on storage tanks to perform routine maintenance and upgrades.

“I am eager for this state-of-the-art tank to be online,” said Mike Barry, President of TradeMark Nitrogen. “As a 24/7 facility, it’s important that we have extra storage so that we can take certain tanks offline when required. This tank is going to give us more flexibility and help us deliver on our customer commitments.”

Newberry Contracting performed the ground work to clear the area for the new tank site and is currently working on installing the forms for the foundation of the new tank. In business in the Tampa area since 1980, Newberry Contracting has completed projects across the United States, installing support pads for electrical equipment and bulk storage tanks.
