TradeMark Nitrogen operates a Nitric Acid and Ammonium Nitrate Solution manufacturing facility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year in Tampa, Florida in order to meet the unique demands of all of our partners around the globe. For more than 35 years, we have continued to "Redefine Nitrogen" by providing our customers with world class products, service, and reliability.
Our facility is located on the CSX rail system, is seven miles from the Port of Tampa, and is only a few miles from Interstate 75, Interstate 4, State Highway 60 and State Highway 301. This location uniquely positions us to serve a wide variety of customers, not just throughout the State of Florida, but, also those in other locations around the United States and in international markets.

Southern Nitrogen merged with Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Corporation becoming their Agricultural Chemicals Division.
Trademark Fertilizer Trading was formed in 1981 and purchased the plant in 1983 from Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Corp., putting the future plant operations under TradeMark Nitrogen Corp.
Hydro Agri North America becomes investor, shares eventually repurchased by TradeMark Nitrogen Corp. in 1999.
Rick Brandt, CEO & President at BRANDT, assumes 100% ownership of TradeMark Nitrogen Corp.
