As the year winds down and the holiday season ramps up, there’s one tradition at TradeMark Nitrogen we look forward to every time: our annual meal before Christmas and New Year’s.
For years, it’s been a simple idea—pause for a moment, share a meal, and recognize the people who keep our operation running day in and day out. But over the last several years, the tradition has gotten even better because it’s become more employee-driven. Instead of going off-site, we’ve been serving the meal right here on site, and more team members have been getting involved in the planning and cooking. That extra involvement changes everything. It turns a nice lunch into something personal—something that feels like ours.
This year’s centerpiece was one everyone could get excited about: USDA Prime Ribeye from Heights Meat Market in Bloomingdale. When you start with quality like that, you’re already headed in the right direction. Add a baked potato bar with all the fixings, plenty of sides, and dessert to finish it off, and you’ve got the kind of meal that makes you slow down, sit together, and enjoy the moment.
The best part isn’t just the menu—though it’s hard to beat prime ribeye—it’s what the meal represents. It’s a reminder that behind every shipment, every customer order, and every busy week on the calendar, there’s a team of people showing up and pulling together.
As we head into Christmas and New Year’s, we’re grateful—for the work, the teamwork, and the chance to celebrate another year together. From all of us at TradeMark Nitrogen, we wish you a safe, joyful holiday season and a strong start to the New Year.
