Celebrating the Spirit of the Season

For many years, the Christmas and Holiday lunch at TradeMark Nitrogen was a catered affair, often featuring the exceptional meals from Ruth’s Chris Steak House. Later, we explored hosting the event at various venues, and more recently, we switched to inviting food trucks, adding a casual and diverse touch to the celebration.

This year, however, we decided to bring the tradition in-house. Several employees suggested we take a more hands-on approach, and the idea resonated with our team. As a result, this year’s menu includes prime rib or steaks, paired with baked potatoes and an assortment of sides—all prepared with care and collaboration from our very own employees. This shift not only adds a personal touch to the festivities but also showcases the spirit of teamwork that defines TradeMark Nitrogen.

In addition to enjoying a great meal together, the event also provides an opportunity to recognize and celebrate our employees' milestones. This year, we are proud to honor two employees who have reached 20 years of service and another two who have achieved 25 years of dedication. Low employee turnover has been one of the key pillars of TradeMark Nitrogen’s success, and these milestones highlight the commitment and longevity of our incredible team.

The in-house celebration reflects the values we hold dear: camaraderie, appreciation, and the importance of coming together as a team. As we close out the year, we are reminded that it is the people who make TradeMark Nitrogen special, and we look forward to many more celebrations together in the years to come.
